YELLOW exchange policy allows you to exchange any YELLOW product purchased online within 15 days of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.
To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at email@example.com. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to YELLOW online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order.
